What You Need to Know

The hotel provides valet parking only. There are also paid for parking areas near the hotel. 

Upon arrival guest will be greeted and checked in for the event. Please plan accordingly to allow time to be seated. Remember to RSVP in advance, including any guests or plus ones, for admittance. 

We appreciate everyone's thoughtfulness and are thankful to have everything we need. In place of gifts, we will have an opportunity for guests to write a heartfelt note to the Bride & Groom. If you feel compelled to contribute we'd love for you to make a donation to a worthy organization. 

Please see the page regarding attire. Dress code will be enforced. However, we don't expect anyone to break the bank on an outfit. We would love for you to join us looking your best. 

All events will be taking place on the hotel property. Please see the "Place" tab for hotel and location details. The  venue is at the Kimpton Pittman Hotel in Downtown Dallas.  We have a special rate for those who would like to stay at the hotel for the night of the wedding.  See digital invitation for the hotel booking code. 

The Hotel and event space are wheelchair accessible. Reach out in advance if you have questions or require special accommodations. 

Please arrive between 6:00-6:30 to join in a social hour, music, and guest photography. We not only want to capture our moments together, but also the beautiful memories of our loved ones together. 

We ask everyone to be seated before 7:00 in order for the ceremony to begin on time, without distraction. Guest photography & music will continue while seated. 

Wedding Ceremony, exchange of vows, and our first dance.

Please keep distractions to a minimum. We ask that cellphones are not used during the ceremony. There will be multiple photographers present to capture the moment. Rather than taking photos, we would like our guests to be fully present. We are happy to share the photos afterward. 

(No one will be admitted between 7:00-7:30.)

Guests are invited to enjoy entertainment and dinner following the ceremony. Photography and videography will continue throughout the evening.

Prepare to be entertained. We have a variety of entertainment planned for the evening. You don't want to miss this! 

We will be cutting the cake. Guests are invited to join us for traditional wedding cake or our unique dessert option.
